Vienna was AMAZING! Very service oriented!
Sebastian gave a family of four the most friendly and speedy service! He has such a great attitude
Never not satisfied. The majority of the staff is very welcoming. Mud Pie Mojo is my favorite, but I prefer it with brownies instead of Oreo cookies.

The ice cream cake at Cold Stone Creamery was delicious! The store was clean and attractive, and the staff was generally nice, though they could have been more attentive to customers when they entered. The music was quite loud, making it difficult to hear the staff when asking questions. Despite a challenging situation with an angry customer, the employees remained professional and handled the incident well. Overall, Cold Stone Creamery offers a pleasant ice cream experience, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
