The ice cream and service is great. The hip hop music with F bomb and disgusting lyrics is not appropriate for family and children. Managers please be advised. Please change the music.

Start off by saying that the ice cream cake was delicious!!! The store was clean and attractive. As to the service, I was pretty frustrated when I ordered the cake. The gal didn't seem to understand that I was not a regular customer and I needed things explained.

Just wanna say that to the employees that were working 12/31/22 you guys are excellent ! Even when you guys were busy and the angry Christian man came in sooo Christian like yelling and cussing at you guys for politely asking the homeless person to leave. You employees were very professional and handled it very well.Just wanna say to that “passionate God-like” man, how about instead of taking it out on the cold stone employees, you use that energy at the next riverbank council...read full review
