“My family & I love Menchies! I’m glad we found a frozen yogurt place that has non dairy options! The staff are always friendly, the store is always nice and clean and the owners Satvir & Sunny are always amazing and so personable! They help make it an easy decision to keep coming back!
There’s always new flavors and options on rotation so we’re always excited to try different flavors/ combinations! Menchies always hits the spot especially on the hot summer days, cannot say anything bad about this place!

“Service is super slow. food comes out in multiple trips. including coffee and pastries. plus a couple other trips for silverware. servers had to be reminded to bring our missing items. Food was cold! Enchiladas verdes were good, but we only got 3 and they don't come with any sides. for the price we were expecting more food. chilaquiles were OK in terms of flavor, but were dry (not enough sauce)and some chips were stale. I had take some of the enchilada sauce to coat the stale chips. Molletes are not traditionally made. they were made with sliced bread not bolillo/telera as they should be, so bread got super soggy and chewy. chocolate muffin was not good either. it tasted as if it was sugar free/vegan or something. weird flavor, hard to explain. chocolate chip cookie was individually wrapped in plastic, which tells me it's not fresh. the only thing we enjoyed was the cafe cubano and the raspberry cheesecake.“

“Had a great atmosphere with a wonderful crew. We were welcomed in and greeted with smiles. They have a great selection of mimosas including non alcoholic options. The menu offered a lot of healthy options. The chicken pesto sandwich was a hit.“

“The Vegetarian/Vegan tamales are the best I've ever had. Had the pleasure of meeting one of you at the Yosemite Street Fair around a year ago. That's how I know about your tamales. Super delish and highly recommended.“

“Food was relatively quick, tables are clean, servers could improve. If the place is empty dont sit me next to the kitchen. They only play boring womans sports on tv which is pretty boring, the tvs seem to be at the worst angle. I would come back. Food was good no issues. Parking was horrible. Veteran or service parking should be included“

“Dewz has been one of me and my wife's favorite restaurant! We travel all over the world and eat at very nice Michelin star restaurants. Dewz definitely matches quality and service and will stand toe to toe with any nice restaurant in California or around the world that claim to be the best. “Well. What can I say but have a rave about the exceptional service and food we had there today. They went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. We came in for the first time today not knowing what to expect and I was craving a filet mignon for my anniversary lunch, and although they don’t usually have it for lunch, they made it for us special for our anniversary and it was excellent! The service was superb, the food delish, and omg the butter cake dessert was melt in the mouth take me away to heaven good. We were so impressed we have decided any other celebrations will take place there and we will share the goodness to everyone we know plus some.“

“Stopped into Super Gyros shop off McHenry Road in Modesto. The guy behind the counter was super friendly. They are also supporters of our EMS and Police. The had two American flags on the wall. One with a blue stripe and one with a red stripe. Lots of meat on the Gyros, and thr hummus portions were huge. We will be going back.“

“I've tried almost every single place in Modesto for pho I critique each one with me and my close friends and I have to say this is probably the best one I've ever been to in my whole entire life, even the nicest staff I dropped my phone not even a second later one of the staff comes and picks it up hands it to me usually I have to add a lot of sauces and stuff to make pho taste good around me but this place made me feel so warm and fuzzy. “My husband and I tried this place for the first time last Monday. It was great! We had the outside area near the outdoor fire to ourselves. The food and drinks were on fire LITERALLY. The portions were very big so I would say it’s worth the money. Two people could easily share an entree. The drink didn’t taste that good and they did forget to add shrimp to my pasta but besides that it was a very nice night. We would try this place again!“

“Amazing customer service and food. The wings and pizza were made fresh and very flavorful. They are not cheap in toppings either. We explained we were traveling and got our order to go and the lady working gave us plates and extra napkins which were greatly appreciated. Would recommend 10/10.“

It seems the meat was marinated before the green sauce. It really had good flavor. The biscuits and gravy was good. Middle of the road gravy but the biscuit really stood out. It was almost like a shepherds bread. I really liked that. The absolute star of the food was a surprise to me. It was the Turkey Melt! I usually try different things but the waitress suggested it and it was tops. I really couldn't find anything they could do better.“

I had a grilled chicken with rice and salad and it was really good. The soda there was something unique about the coke but overall it was good“

“This is my first time eating here at Gillman's. I ordered a double fat boy w/cheese, (no relish, no onions) with a side of garlic fries and a pineapple shake. The attitude and friendliness of the staff, show you their appreciation for your business. The down to earth, chill atmosphere is a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The food. . .let me tell you about the food music I could taste. From the fresh grilled london broil beef patties to the lightly sweet cool crunch of the lettuce and tomato. Garlic fries had just the right amount of diced garlic and melted cheese to not overpower any other item that it is ordered with. Everything was perfectly cooked to order with an intent to satisfy the most famished of customers. Truly great food with reasonable prices! Go and try for yourself when you're in Oakdale!“

“Bella Italia is very nice place for dinner while in town. It is not the best ever, but we were quite happy with almost everything we ordered. The place is really pretty and the prices are fair.

We just loved the service. We were seated straight away. They have a nice wine list. Our server knew the menu well and was fast but we never felt rushed. I would make a reservation. We were there on a weekday and ate early so we were in great shape.

Most of the food we had was great. The minestrone soup was just perfect. We also loved our salads. I had the chicken marsala and it was just so melt in your mouth wonderful and packed with yummy mushrooms. We also had the ravioli in a white sauce that was so good. I would get that again. Finally, we had fried ravioli and it was good, not great. That I will not try again. There is just too much thick crust for me, but you might love it. The ravioli within the crust was very good.

All in all we would come back. We just loved the service, the calm atmosphere and the vast majority of the food.
