“Oh. My. Word. Let me prepare for a delightful local brunch. Get there early and wear a cute outfit (because everyone else does).We had the chiliquiles and chicken & waffles. Everything is super fresh and handmade. The flavored lemonade was delicious. The quantity of food given makes the prices worth and you will need a to-go box!The atmosphere is light-filled with a botanical theme.When we first arrived, the music was incredibly loud. On top of so many people talking and a running fountain, it was too much. Someone happened to turn it down and it was a relief. I hate having to yell at my dining companions when part of the reason we go out to eat is to chat.Staff was IMPECCABLE. Refills, napkins, whatever were delivered with alacrity. And they were just so pleasant and kind.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight space between some tables, but ultimately there are multiple sections that can easily accommodate a wheelchair and a clear path thru the middle“

“One of our favorite spots. We have brought several friends and family and boast about the incredible food and service. Only disappointment is the bathrooms. Such a beautiful location with very poor kept bathrooms. Tonight we have a reservation for 2 and got offered high top or the table next to the bathroom when every table but 3 were open. We try to make our date nights special tonight was disappointing with these options. (We reluctantly chose the table next to the bathroom) Our server Priscilla was so sweet she made up for it. But even when we were leaving there were still empty tables. It’s the little things like that, that will make us rethink our choice next time.“

The menu items are unique and the prices are extremely reasonable… it doesn’t appear as though Huckleberry’s raised their prices during COVID, which is rare to find.From Crab Cake Eggs Benedict to fried Catfish to their Biscuits & gravy, I haven’t found a menu offering I didn’t like (except the Beignets, which are surprisingly NOT donut-like, as one might expect)“

“Love this restaurant. The location is ok. Not a bad area. But there are a lot of homeless people around. I don't mind that because I actually have helped the homeless since I was 14 years old. Anywho, the service is good and fast! Super friendly people/workers. Food is greatly priced and tastes very very good!! It's not my all time favorite, but it is my favorite in Turlock. I almost always get the egg flower soup, steamed white rice, foil chicken, egg roles(3), an order of pot stickers, and 2 large chow mein all for $40. Always fresh and always the same taste when I order. No matter the day or time I go! Which says a lot because Turlock has a very bad habit of being inconsistent everywhere I go. But not here. My son is 6 years old and a picky eater at the moment, he loves the egg roles and foil chicken with white rice. He also loves the lemon chicken, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and one of the shrimp platters. Highly recommend if you're in Turlock!“

I set out with my pal Puffer Dan and his friend Wally Pinhead, but we call Beatlejuice because he looks like him....We left Napa at 8am to go to Stumpy Meadows, set up a camp and fish the next morning, and we put Beetlejuice at the wheel. The little scab is a good driver, but dumb as a piece of wet plywood, anyway, we took a nap and told him to wake us up when we got to Chico. Well, he woke us up all right...and we're in Turlock! Turlock...how the hell we got to Turlock is beyond belief. The first thing I saw was when I awoke was an Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, and it puzzled me because it didn't look familiar, neither did anything else. We went in and had an Amazing 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ lunch, and made Beetlejuice pay for it.“

“This is my absolute favorite sushi place! I have been going to this place for a long time now they know me by name. I am absolutely obsessed with their spicy mayo! I can’t find sushi this fresh anywhere and their staff is some of the best staff I have encountered in a long time. I will continue to keep going to them!“

“We tried this place out on a whim and were pleased with the food. We both got the burrito special for the night. It was asada, chorizo, bacon, rice, beans, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños, with a hot sauce on the side. Absolutely delicious and HUGE! The service was quick, and the staff amazing. It was a little loud because it was busy, but that's not an issue, just means it was a successful night for the business. We will be going back to try more from their menu for sure.“
