Memo's Cocina & Tequila Bar offers a mixed dining experience. While some dishes like chimis and chili rellano fell short in flavor, the chips and salsa were a hit. The basil chicken salad was refreshing, although lacking in basil taste, and the potato and chorizo tacos missed the mark on potato content. Despite the food inconsistencies, the drinks were excellent, and the service was friendly and prompt. The carnitas were found to be bland, missing the traditional guacamole side. While reasonably priced, the restaurant has room for improvement in flavor and attention to detail.
