First off customer service is terrible. They should fire one of the girls I didn’t even get her name. Super rude. I ordered 3 large 3 scoop bowls and I repeated myself 2 times. After seeing she just put 1.5 scoops on one of my plates while they refilled the salmon they put 2 scoops on my second bowl and I pointed out I asked for 3scoops not 2 and pointed out they only put 1.5 scoops on the first one. Worst poki place I've EVER had. I ordered delivery through grub hub. The fish tasted bad, they failed to follow order instructions and the rice was not properly cooked. $25 for food that went in the trash. Ended up making myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and I'm just praying I don't get sick from the few bites I ate when I noticed the fish was likely bad.
