I've been ordering food from this Alberto's since we moved to the area 5 yrs ago and honestly wouldn't go to any other now. There food is always delicious and fresh. There salsas a great and not watered down like other places. But I must mention they MAKE THEIR HORCHATA, it's Not from the box, It's sooooo good ! As for customers service, never had a problem. Employees are very nice and courteous.
I’ve not had a bad experience with the food, service or atmosphere here, and I eat here many times a month. The asada fries are my favorite. A bit big for an average-sized guy in one sitting, so I usually share with my honey.
I ordered a California Burrito and a regular Carne Asada burrito. The California burrito was a bit on the dry side. I did however enjoy their regular Carne Asada burrito with guacamole which helped it not be dry. My only complaint would be with the prices. Each burrito averages about $15 each, which is extremely pricey, and the highest price I have seen locally. It is very expensive here.
