Love it. Been here so many times and it never fails. I rated the noise level as moderate. For context I like background noise and people talking and laughing. So that was a good thing for me.
I love the Mission Inn, but the food and service have never been very good. Now that there are new owners, I hoped for improvement. The service at lunch today was excellent. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Sadly, the food is no better. My friend and I both ordered the prime rib French dip sandwich. The meat was overdone and flavorless. The patio is great for breakfast, the atmosphere is very charming. The service was at a high level, the attention of all the staff. The birthday compliment was also wonderful
