Customers find Carl's Jr. a fresh and friendly spot. One reviewer ate the Diablo burger and called it the freshest burger he had. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Another visitor came for a free hangover burger and felt rushed by the man with glasses, who asked if that was all after each item and made the order harder. Still, the burger was good, but the employee needs to relax. A regular late‑night customer praised the guy with a mustache and goatee, who always says thank you and asks if sauce is needed. He gives a nice change of pace. Staff kept the restaurant nice and clean, helped with the app, and were very kind. A traveler from all 50 states said the triple western bacon looked better than commercials and was the best fast‑food experience ever. The young Latino man who took the order was super friendly, had a great attitude and work ethic. He and the team made the food look and taste amazing. The kids section is a nice place for kids to have a kids meal and play in the inside kids gym. Staff are personable, well trained, keep the place clean and make Carl's Jr. a great option among competition.
