Chick-fil-A in Riverside

“Chick-fil-A on Day St. Catered our wedding reception, and the food was amazing! It stayed piping hot in the carrier packs. We needed someone to serve, and Francisco and Esmeralda did an exceptional job. They served chicken strips, diner rolls, wraps, mac and cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and salad. Their customer service was fantastic. When we tried to pay them for their services, they kindly refused, saying we should give the payment to the Bride and Groom. The reception was wonderful, and the delicious food and outstanding service made it even more special. This is a true reflection of how amazing both the company and its people are.

“This location is on campus of Cal Baptist University. I was a little surprised but luckily everyone was friendly enough to guide me to the location. It was quick and the food was delicious as always. Reminded me of when I went to college so the nostalgia was very welcoming.“

Their chicken sandwiches are iconic, the waffle fries are perfectly crispy, and the sauces are so good they deserve their own fan base. The staff is polite and efficient, making dining in or going through the drive-thru a pleasant experience. However, their overt religious stance can feel like it overshadows the business at times. The most obvious example is being closed on Sundays, which can be frustrating when you’re craving a chicken sandwich or planning a Sunday event. While their right to close is entirely understandable, it feels like a missed opportunity for both customers and their employees who might want the chance to work. In the end, the food and service are excellent, but their religious-driven business decisions can sometimes be a drawback for those who value convenience.“

Now...why did I decided to post this?...the Mac n Cheese! It's 💣. Not a wet slimy one but baked and the best ever! Get a large so you have left overs for the next day. Also, the chocolate chip cookies are so good... not as good as my homemade ones but when I don't want to bake these are the best! Get a half dozen to make the trip make sense. Drive thru chocolate chip cookies! Yup, totally worth it.❤

Vegetarian options: I know a vegetarian who gets the Mac n Cheese. 🤣

Dietary restrictions: Get the Spicy Chicken Deluxe LETTUCE WRAPPED to make caloric room for the Mac N Cheese. 🤭

Parking: The drive thru on Central is wonky. I like the drive thru on Van Buren. 🤷‍♀️ Sorry, not sorry.“
