I used to get the shredded chicken enchiladas at their location on South Harbor in Anaheim, but I was staying at the hotels there on travel for my sales job. That was years ago. Then we moved up here to the Auburn area and I saw the sign out on the freeway. Happy to report the same great shredded chicken enchiladas in particular their enchilada sauce is exceptional. I love this place. Having moved to Seattle every time I visit this is my first stop for a California burrito and some rolled tacos.
