“Excellent food! Tried the carne asada Street tacos and super nachos with a side of rice and beans. The carne asada had a nice marinade/rub to it and the super nachos were some of the best nachos I've had. Better than aldabertos in my opinion because the chips weren't soggy and the carne asada is of better quality. The rice and beans were great too, not too salty like other places. The second time I visited the drive thru it was about six cars and close to a 20 minute wait. Hopefully they get things ironed out. Overall an A+“

“One of the hidden gems of in Citrus Heights probably the best tacos in East Sacramento. The tacos have a nice flavor and are very are very fresh. The tacos costed 1.75 the last time went. They also came with grilled onions and a grilled jalapeno on the side. The sauce is also red which is medium hot. There also a liquor to buy the the drinks & snacks you desire.“

“Came here for the first time and ordered the crazy fries, bulgolgi beef, and tonkatsu special - everything was delicious! The crazy fries were amazing (already half finished in the photo, so a hefty portion size) and the bulgolgi came with pickled radish (not pictured), salad, rice, and pickled cucumbers. Both dishes came with miso soup. Loved the food, and the chef and waitress were both very sweet! Highly recommend!“

The people are extremely kind and you can tell the cooks know what they are doing. They keep their stations clean!!! That’s hard to find in street food vendors!! “It's a hole in the wall, but aren't those always the best places to get amazing tacos?I was referred to this restaurant specifically for the fish tacos and they didn't disappoint. The adobado (similar to an al pastor) was also phenomenal.One other important point to make is that in these times of excessive food prices (really everything prices), you can come here for a reasonably priced, extremely yummy meal. Hard to argue against that!“

“Its a decent stand, genuinely, the tacos are really well done and they are absolutely delicious! I would honestly recommend getting some lime and taking their avocado salsa to eat them with, really really damn good altogether.

Some notes, if you do want to go in, they only take cash or zelle, so have one of those two ready if you want to buy something.

The portions are also nice, I got 4 tacos for $12, and if you want something else on that menu it generally is within the 10-15 dollar range for an actual meal amount of food. Not a bad price considering what your getting, would fully recommend to anyone who wants some good Mexican food, even over a lot of the other local tacqueria's and Mexican restaurants.“

“I just had the best experience in the drive through with the drive through service with employee Javier. Not only was our food, hot and fresh but Javier's service was so amazing. He was friendly with a big smile and super helpful. I always plan to give reviews when I get great service and oftentimes. “I was in the drive thru when I heard this whole interaction happen. After 10pm this location closes its lobby and this happened at 10:30 so yes their lobby was closed. I also heard you calling the employees racial slurs as you have in this comment. After hearing this I wanted to make a review for the employees who had to deal with it“

“I see a lot of dissatisfaction from customers but the last 2 times I’ve gone food was accurate, and cooked to order.

“I don't often write reviews for fast food places but this location blew me away. The service was great, the place was very clean, and the food was made to order. I'm very impressed, as a Jack in the Box frequenter this spot has got it all perfected!“

“Ordered a grilled chicken southwestern salad to go. I was really pleasantly surprised at the freshness and taste of this light entree. The grilled chicken was moist and seared just right, ripe tomatoes, fresh and crunchy lettuce along with a generous topping of beans and corn helped complete the meal.“

“This was the 1 and only time I've been to this specific Jack in the box and I ordered a sourdough Jack combo with large fries and a small drink because I've always liked the sourdough Jack sandwiches and I sat inside and got a couple extra refills so if you're ever gonna sit inside of a fast food place always get the smallest sized drink to save money and just get 1 or 2 refills while you're sitting there and make sure right before you leave your drink is full snd take it with you for your ride but I got large fries also which was good and the food was great and the service was fine and they had music playing which is cool but I just think it was kind of too expensive because almost 15 Bucks just for what I just mentioned to me Is a little bit too expensive and I don't know if that's due to inflation or Trumps unecessary tariffs or what but I definitely think fast food used to be affordable but now it's getting to be unaffordable so because of that I'm rating this Jack in the Box 4 stars out of 5!“

“My fiancé and I are at the tail end of a bad, bad week. This afternoon, he went in to get me something cheap and some cold water, and Isabel somehow was able to pick up on it and, even though she couldn't do anything about the circumstances we were in, my fiancé came back to me all smiles and happy. I've not had much luck with the employees at a Jack in the Box I wasn't a regular at, but seeing this kind of turnaround from one interaction merits acknowledgement for sure. Thank you, Isabel!“
