Chose this spot because of their reviews & they didn’t disappoint. Walked in was immediately greeted with a smile & showed the options they had. “This place used to be called Bonellos, and it was great! Now it's different. The smell is different and the taste is different. For a while it was the same as Bonellos, eventually it was gonna change. Now it's no better than a pizza chain. I won't be going back, so disappointed. Not recommended.“

“Surprisingly really loved the crunch roll ! The shrimp on top was fried in the same seasoned batter & really added a nice taste! The pieces of sole I ordered were very thin however i think If i didn't request for them to be "fried hard" it would've been ok, so that's on me. Would def try again :)“

“The pizza's below were purchased 7 months apart. So here are some things to note. While the pizza is not as amazing as it used to be it's still a really good pizza. Better than 80 of all pizza chains out there. That said here are some things you need to do to get the pizza to crunchy crust and gorgeous cheese pull. Do ask for extra cheese (this a new thing) so that there is an actual cheered pull to the pizza. You also need to ask for your pizza well done. You'll wait longer but it's worth it for that satisfying crunchy crust bite. The second photo is of my pizza with the above adjustment. It did not disappoint. The service here is good as well you need to come when they are not busy and know that you are going to wait for the quality you are expecting. I'm glad to see this place is back on the right track to making great pizza.“

I had chicken tenders and dragon fruit juice, and the chicken tenders were bigger than they looked in the photo, and the spices were well-seasoned, making them very satisfying to eat. The dragon fruit juice was also delicious, with just the right amount of sourness and sweetness that went well with the chicken. “Lovely, polite service, absolutely delicious chicken - We ordered the Golden Original which has this light, crispy, flakey coating that is amazing (husband polished it off), and the Secret Sauce which was equally amazing - I had to hide my left overs in the fridge and i ate it cold, and it was still crunchy and delish! the chicken is perfectly tender and juicy. This aint fast food so it takes a few minutes to prepare, boy was it worth it! Can't wait to try the other offerings. It's small, I think most people get the food to go, but it's a very clean place. If I had to give them advise, it's that it's hard to tell by looking in the window whether they are open.“

“I live in Gardena but I tried FyreBirds for the first time today April 9th 2024. And I didn't realize they have a little patio in the back of their restaurant. Well from the suggestion from the staff I tried a barbecue slider and their fried pickles I was suggested to try it with a barbecue sauce I try to have the barbecue sauce and I bought an extra sauce which was ranch. The slider was a great size She asked if I wanted everything and it comes with like whatever sauce you pick pickles and ranch and coleslaw on it. For one slider it was 4.50 but it was worth it and the fried pickles it's enough to serve four people I believe unless like you want to eat it all yourself but they give enough pickles that you can share with people and it comes with one dipping sauce and it was 5.50. I think that if you haven't tried this place it's on the corner of Crenshaw and Manhattan Beach boulevard in a little plaza tucked away in the corner but it's a great spot especially the patio I believe that you can ask them if you can have maybe a party in the back. THE PARKING AFFAIR.As I mentioned, we tried Nikuman-Ya at the 626 Night Market on the OC Fairgrounds, so parking pertains to that location. Arrive early to get a spot close to the entrance. How early is early? About 15-20 min before the 4PM opening. Parking is $12. THE RETURN QUANDARY. Yes. It's worth the drive, the wait, and the money.“

They said pepper was their favorite so I ordered just that. The pepper wings look super peppery but don't taste as spicy as they look.“

“Best pizza on earth since I was a little boy in the 90s. And I have been damn near all the states in America and the best pizza restaurants in NYC don't even come near to Pizza King. The taste has remained consistent over the years: well seasoned meats, PREMIUM MOZZARELLA CHEESE that STRETCHES when you PULL a SLICE APART, a slight sweet taste to the dough - but the dough use to be thicker back in the day, like the pizza at Pizza King use to have those famous dough bubbles on the crust and the crust was way thicker and softer back in the 90s and 2000s, I hated crust on pizza but Pizza Kings dough for the crust part was so soft and sweet you could eat a entire slice crust and all and as a kid when they had the fountain soda machines I use to dip the crust in my coca-cola or strawberry soda when they had those XL cups (and to think about it they had XL pizzas here too) ??? man the dough was so fluffy it would absorb the soda like nothing and it taste so good.Other than the crust that's the only inconsistency about Pizza King, otherwise no Pizza compares to it. I had a few runner ups, like a Jets Pizza that use to be in Memphis TN, and this NYC Pizza shop that use to be in South Beach Miami.I give them 9/10 but Pizza King is a 12/10 it's so damn good.“

When my order was ready it was packaged in a ln unfamiliar fashion so I didn’t notice it.. the lady, while locking eyes with me said, sir, this is your order right here. I looked down and beholden to the tray was a little box with 6 jumbo wings baptized in sauce. I indulged in those fresh out the grease wings and nearly gave myself 12 degree mouth burns but every single piece of that chicken was delectable.
