Longo Seafood serves up some tasty dim sum with solid flavors and good value. The Pork Offal Congee was a standout—rich, flavorful, and very affordable, which my parents really enjoyed. The Pork and Century Egg Congee was also good, though the portion was noticeably smaller. The Roast Pork was a highlight, with incredibly crispy skin that added the perfect crunch.

The food is good. Isn't that what matters? How you navigate the ordering could be intimidating, but if you know what you're doing the food is delicious and some of the freshest dimsum I've had across the SGV and much better than in OC.

The toilet was very dirty, very disgusting. The service in the small hall is very poor. I ordered spareribs and red sausage, and after waiting for 20 minutes, the spareribs were cold. Ordered beef ribs and waited 45 minutes for the dish to arrive. I ordered chrysanthemum and the chrysanthemum was served. I asked for a bowl of porridge and waited for 10 minutes before someone was called. When we reported the problem to the manager, the manager's attitude was extremely bad....
