This place is small so it gets packed. Sad that they were out of the Ramen I wanted to try. But over all, they offer thinner noodles than most places, and you have the option of choosing your firmness. The broth was good, I was hoping for a little more flavor. But their is a lot you can add to your ramen, like garlic chips, or various mushrooms etc.
For about 3 ramens(2 of the specialty kinds), 1 small egg/ground beef/ rice bowl, and an appetizer it was definitely on...

Went out to eat with a friend the server who sat and took our order was very nice, the best customer service I’ve ever seen! He was nice and answered all of my questions about the menu as it was my first time there. The servers name was Ryan.

These fine folks know how to make a good bowl of ramen. It's tucked away near the back of the plaza, away from the street mayhem. Plenty of free parking.

Write your name on the list and wait within earshot to be called. It helps if you already know what you're planning to order. They are as fast as you are, so be ready for a streamlined operation.
