I loved their customer service
Drink was made beautifully, service was disappointing. Jessica appeared lethargic and lacked energy while taking my order.
Quite the small Starbucks inside of a Target store. First time coming here and my partner and I were not impressed. Staff was pretty slow when it came to preparing the drinks. I also saw that the staff were chatting up another customer as they were preparing drinks. Not my place to say but there were some people waiting for their drinks before us so it was a bit of a stretch to be chatting. There were plenty of people that were patiently waiting as well. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers super good drinks, with the iced brown sugar shaken espresso with vanilla cold foam being a great choice. The employees are very nice, kind, and quick at making drinks. One barista named Maria did a wonderful job and was very nice, helping with recommendations. She has a warm and welcoming demeanor, consistently going above and beyond. Her attention to detail, friendly, and efficient service makes every visit a pleasure. Another gentleman was also very kind and greeted customers right away, even when working alone. The recognition and ability to get a free tall coffee on veterans day was appreciated.
