Long wait times
I went to the Duncan Donuts on Foothills blvd today to try the new hummus & avocado toast. First I thought they forgot to put the tomatoes on, so I went in to have it fixed. The young man I spoke with was very polite and went right away to fix it. While I was waiting I looked at the menu & realized that I had to ask for the tomatoes & that it cost more. Terrible customer service! When I called to order ahead the women was using curse words to tell me about their phone service, how terrible it is and then hung up on me. Finally placed the order. Dunkin' is a popular spot known for its simple coffee and donuts, which are safe choices for most customers. It is also appreciated for its iced coffee and croissant breakfast sandwiches, which many enjoy. The location offers good value for a quick breakfast, and the seasonal merchandise, like tumblers and Keurigs, makes easy gifts. The manager, Casey, provides helpful and friendly customer service, making visits more pleasant. Many customers use the mobile app and reward program, and the original blend iced coffee remains a favorite. However, some experiences have been less positive. The breakfast sandwiches are sometimes not toasted, and the eggs lack salt and pepper, with sausage that can be barely warm. Bagels have also become smaller, and at times, orders may be incomplete, especially through the drive-thru, which often takes priority. Despite these issues, customers still come back for the consistent taste of their coffee and breakfast options.
