This place use to be awesome, now it’s all screwed up. They have a sign hanging that read “start here”, where you use to start with your order, but now there’s only paper menus and the employees don’t talk to you now till you get to the register. We absolutely love, Jack urban eats. I don’t know why, but the one on Sierra College has much better salads and chicken than the one at the fountains, I cannot figure out why. PLUS, they always have good cookies on display to buy.

Any Jack's Urban Eats is always a pleasure to visit and go thru their cafeteria like ordering system and then sit and hangout a bit. This time we did an online order and was able to pick our food up from their self pick up shelf which was nice because I didn't have to visit the busy workers.
