Amazed!! And grateful!!
Ordered a dozen regular assorted on-line.
Got there a couple minutes later (was in the parking lot). They would start the order but did I also order the ‘birthday’ dozen for a $1? I hadn’t, but decided to. The manager said they would be free. Great!
Then they said, “we did receive your order and have made it…would you like 3 dozen?”

I ordered a dozen doughnuts to be delivered in April. The Roseville, CA location cancelled the order, but issued no refund. I reached out to Krispy Kreme directly and instead of a refund, their solution was to send a coupon for a free doughnut. that's the world's most expensive doughnut folks. I'll be walking in and having a personal discussion with the manager.
