“Juan! What great service from this gentlemen tonight. They were so busy and a customer literally got in line unprepared to order and taking orders on the phone while the line got longer and others were losing it. Juan was gracious and calm. Amazing! I Would've asked the customer to step out of line until ready. This young man is to be commended as are the other wait staff and Chefs at this location. “Panda Express off Blue Oaks is my go to when I need something fast in Roseville. I grabbed the kung pao chicken and it tasted exactly how it should. This Panda Express in Roseville is consistent, quick, and easy to get in and out of. They rarely miss anything in an order, and when they do, they fix it without any hassle. Reliable spot in the same lot as Nugget.“

“This Panda location is pure, authentic, 100% Grade-A awesome :) I actually drive quite a bit out of my way to come to this specific restaurant location because of the truly wonderful people who staff and run this restaurant. I have had the distinct pleasure of interacting most often on my visits with three of the highly capable counter servers on many occasions; these being Jeuwena, Lilly and Anthony.. All three of them are you truly gems of humanity in their own unique ways, but the common denominator amongst them is the gifted manner in which they present a friendly, welcoming and extremely positive approach to customer interaction. They are all of them legitimately kind, intelligent, full of good humor and highly capable in the customer service arena.... it is such a smile-inducing experience to know such capable and worthy young people are the customer-facing associates staffing this location. The nighttime manager at this location is an extremely kind person and a talented supervisor, though I have yet to learn her name to extend her due credit in this review, though she absolutely deserves the recognition. The cooks and kitchen staff are clearly also highly skilled, hard-working and resultingly the dishes somehow all taste better from this particular Panda than from any of the others which I've patroned in the area :). It is said that every job is worth doing if you take pride in what you do, and if you do it well. Every one of the employees and supervisors here exemplify that in every manner, and it is duly impressive to see such a well-run, well-managed restaurant employing the absolute gold standard of people who clearly care very much about quality and treating their customers well. I applaud them both from a professional perspective as well as a personal one. Lest I forget to mention, even the internal counter and eating areas are remarkably clean and well-appointed. I very much hope Panda Express as a corporation takes note of this location and acknowledges the high level of effort and unfailing accomplishment it engenders; it is well deserved. My thanks and compliments to all of them ;)“

“The staff works hard, and it's consistent with other good branches.

There are other great food in the mall, but consistently is this food branch strength.

But the best part about this Panda is you can mix and match from different eateries!

Parking: more than enough, but might have to walk“

“Past few times they have forgotten to add a few things we have ordered. Not big deal but had to turn around once I checked the bag. Now make a habit of checking what we get before I leave.

Maybe new manager or something but definitely improved over 6 months.“
