“This panda is always making sure their food is fresh. They’re consistent here with good quality compared to other locations. The workers here are nice too. As I waited I was offered a water cup. Love this panda. Thank you for the excellent service Rae!“
“The kitchen is not bad, but a couple of times I had the experience of burnt food, cookies are not always served for everyone. If you take a family size, then obviously not for one person, but for some reason there are only one cookies. Often they don’t give you more and you don’t expect that it happens and so on. The tables are not always wiped down. During the last storm, the lights went out, the door was constantly moving and remained open, and it was impossible to get drinks because the machines turned off due to the lack of light, but this is not the kitchen’s fault, I’m just warning you.“
“Gentlemen infront counter was very friendly and service was fast. I didn't get his name but it was around 120pm and the date 02/08/23. Women who took my payment was also friendly and asked if I wanted to add anything else to my order. Name or receipt said Emily. Thanks a bunch for the good and friendly customer service! Appreciate yall!“
“If you haven't figured it out yet, get the family meal and streach it out to make at least 8 to 10 meals that you and / or your loved ones can enjoy over the next 2-3 days. Dont get rice or vegies, just the noodles because they heat up well. You can make fresh steemed rice and vegetables easily and top it off with a moderate scoop of your favorite Panda leftovers. If you feel it's lacking, just grill a little chicken, chop it up, and mix with your favorite panda suace that you can pick up from your local store and keep i your refrigerator..“
“I know what I'm getting into whenever I get Panda Express. I'm either looking to satisfy a craving or I just want comfort food. With that being said, I've probably only eaten Panda maybe around 5 times? I just think there are better options for comfort food or to satisfy my cravings. I've eaten here once before. Food and service were both just alright. Place was clean and A/C was working well in the middle of a bad heat wave. I went back here today to take advantage of a deal I couldn't pass up, and service was so good I just had to leave this review. There were only two of them and dinner rush was starting to creep up, but they were both so friendly, sweet, and really efficient. The quick interaction you had with them, they spent it getting your order, cracking a quick joke, then ringing you up. Sure, they'd upsell (probably required by corporate) but they weren't pushy at all and would stuff your container to the brim. The food was actually really, really good this time. Not sure what they did different. Maybe the few times that I've been to, I went on a bad day? Or the cooks today just knew what they were doing. Either way, my visit today actually made me excited for Panda Express again and I'm hoping for a repeat experience next time.“
“Panda Express in this location looks nice and clean. The shared parking lot is very busy most of the time. I am not a big fan of Panda Express. But it is fast and has hot Chinese food for me in a rush when I want. This location is one of the best and most convenient locations for me. The dining room is clean and comfortable. I never have had dine-in at this location. But the dining room looks nice. I usually get the to-go order here. All the dishes look fresh. The workers are friendly. I can get my hot Chinese food in less than a few minutes.“
“Panda Express has solved the big chain issue of different service and tastes per loction. Have dined at many locations and staff is always friendly and good is consistently good. As a Panda fan, one goes to a new location with the tastes buds geared upfor what they have come to expect. Not disappointed.“
“I have this weird tradition. The first day on a new job I go get some kind of Chinese food for lunch and the fortune cookie always proves to be prophetic. This was was no exception. I'm an orange chicken fan through and through. Put it over chow mien and I am happy. Wash it down with something caffeinated and we're good to go. They had my order ready, it was still hot, and I didn't have to ask for my beverage cup. Can't ask for anything more than that.“
“Yesterday was the first time we went to this excellent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the generous service, with the fine dishes and booze and with the modest charge. We will definitely return there in a short time.“
“Clean dining area and attentive staff. This is My preferred Panda Express location in the city and I never had a bad experience here. Staff seems to coordinate well together every time I visit. Their custom house drinks are pretty good too.“
“I'm sorry but I didn't go to Panda Express, even though I do like the food. I actually went next door to 5 Guys Pizza. I enjoyed the double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, & mushrooms. Plus the french fries. I had plenty of leftovers to take home for later.Vegetarian options: It's Oriental food so there's plenty of Vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: I'm sure that kids will find something that they'll like.Parking: These places are located a very large shopping mall.Wheelchair accessibility: These places are located in a very large shopping mall.Dietary restrictions: It's Oriental food so there's plenty of dietary things to choose from, & I'm sure that you can choose what type of dietary items you want.“
“Panda Express staff Rodriguez and Rose were wonderful…. I am a vegetarian with limited choices. Ordered Choe main veggies with cream puffs for me and meta, shrimp and chow mein for helper…. Location is great…. Hope that come up with similar options in tofu ( made per order) thanks…“
“Shhhhhh! Don't judge, but Panda is my guilty pleasure. I mean, it's just so convenient and you always know what you're getting. It's the McDonald's of Chinese food. It drives my daughter crazy when I suggest we get Panda for dinner. It's like I asked her to wear a matching outfit to the mall or something. I use their handy dandy app and it is very easy to just order ahead and pick up. Instead of fried rice or chow mien as a side, I get the steamed veggies. I then cook up my OWN rice and voila, healthy meal. Some of my faves are:- Kung Pao Chicken- Eggplant and Tofu- (Begrudgingly) Orange Chicken -- dare I say this is what put them on the map???This location is on the corner of Marconi and Eastern in the Rite Aid shopping center. You can even ask for whatever condiments you want when you use the app. I like their hot mustard. You can take their little customer satisfaction surveys to get a code for an extra entree. I have yet to figure out how to use that bonus on the app however because I don't have the patience to wait in line. I even like their fortune cookies! The fortunes aren't lame, you know the ones I'm talking about ("I see broccoli beef in your future"). I'm still waiting for one to come true: A wish will be granted after a long delay. But I'll let you know when it does LOL.“
“As soon as we walked into the place, we were greeted. Once we got up to the ordering counter we immediately got service and the staff was very polite and pleasant to deal with. They didn't push their donations like some places do. The food was great and very fresh. The place was clean and in order. It was a great experience overall.“
