Ming served up my meal and she was incredibly nice. The place was homely, and warm. As customers came in the were met with professionalism. I ate the new apple pie roll and it was amazing.

Well, you have finally lost a long time family of customers. We have gone to eat at this place 2-4 times a month, since the grand opening. The old manager used to greet us as we entered(the wife and I are very tall people, and noticable). I always round up my total to give to whatever charity you have going on at the time.However, since the pandemic, we have noticed that online orders are prioritized over customers in the actual restaurant. Phoned in order. Got an email saying it was ready. Went to get it and it wasn't. Got the order home, instead of black pepper steak, we were given broccoli beef. It had 2 dime size pieces of beef. That is it. We wanted all chow mein no rice and got what was equal to 1/2 chow mean and 1/2 Styrofoam.We would have taken it back, but then we would have to add the extra cost to a very disappointing meal.No more phone ordering to that Panda!!!
