“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“On, Friday, January 24th we came in as a large party (9 adults, and 10 children) with no reservation for a poorly planned birthday celebration. We came in around 4:30, and were told they didn't have the space to accommodate us right then, BUT they would have their large room available in an hour when the waitress running the room started her shift. I know we were so lucky it was available but I just appreciated so much being accommodated considering our poor planning. In the future we will be sure to make a reservation well in advance. We managed to kill an hour, and when we got back and seated in the large room, we realized quickly it was worth the wait. It's a large room with a door, that we had primarily to ourselves the entire time. Our amazing waitress got an order in quickly for breadsticks (which were so delicious) to keep the hungry kids settled. Which was very appreciated. She was just so patient and kind with our chaotic group. She seemed at ease, was friendly and kept everything organized. The food as always was delicious. Everything was so good. The salads, the wings, the pizzas... everything I've come to love at Old town pizza. My absolute favorite pizza place hands down. Aside from the food being consistently delicious, the service here is excellent. The staff is amazing... from the host to the pick up counter. This was my birthday pick and not only was I beyond happy with the experience, so was everyone in my party. Some were new customers who raved about the food and some had never experienced your sit down service before. Everyone walked away full and happy. I could not have asked for a better experience. I just feel bad I waited so long to write this. I will continue to rave about OTP to anyone who will listen and I will be back again soon. Thank you OTP Roseville.“

Customer service to the fullest is an understatement, to others the service you guys provided me tonight will be very light to them, but to me, it meant the world, I felt like we were all old friends that caught up on the phone. Literally especially the vibe I had with Jackie by just normal communication! Thank you so much. “The pizza was ready on time, the service was great, and the food was delicious, but the price is much higher than it used to be, in comparison to buying cooked pizzas.The cost for a "Take 'N' Bake" pizza used to be considerably less expensive than cooked pizzas, but on this visit I realized that is no longer the case. Now it costs more to buy a pizza that you have to cook yourself than it does to by a pizza that's ready to eat, which makes it lose much of its appeal, in my opinion.“

“Whoever made this chicken bacon artichoke pizza really knocked the recipe out of the park!
The flavor profile was so improved over the usual, we believe it was due to the additional base cheese being added. When it came out of the oven the base cheese was clearly more than usual. I’ll be sure, even if I have to specialty order it that way, to have whoever is making my order pays attention.

“I got two pizzas and one was free with the BOGO deal. They were delicious. I've ordered from Papa Murphy for the last 30 years. I love that I can have what I want on the pizza and I cook it myself. Great place. I will be back. This location is convenient and the staff were great.“

“Loved the ambiance and lighting from the get go. Our server was super nice. I forgot her name but she had a dark hair, medium height, slender build and maybe mid thirtys. Our food was all delish and good portions. I had the Rib Eye with Mashed and Brussels. Sooo darn good. The Mango Habanero wings were crispy and saucy. We also had some Signature Burgers (good flavor and juicy), Kids Pepperoni Pizza (nice size and freshly made), Wedge Salad (perfectly cold and tossed in dressing) and the Cheese Bread (good portion and yummy.) Dessert was the Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate/ caramel drizzle and it was a perfect end to a wonderful meal. Will be returning soon.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy the online ordering process was, and how easy it was going into the shop and simply punching in a code for our pizzas. “I tried Campelli’s Pizza and loved it! The wings had just the right amount of heat and were perfectly juicy. The pizza was delicious — soft, flavorful bread with the perfect crust. The service was great too; they brought out the food quickly and everything came out fresh. Definitely a great spot for good wings and pizza!“

“This place has pizzas. Fast food Style food. All you have to do is call ahead and use your credit card or even plug into the internet these days. “The last 4 times I've ordered pizza for the kids have been from Pizza Twist. This is a new favorite and my new go to for a quick pizza. The place is welcoming and the staff is pleasant. The pizza itself is amazing. Personally, I think this pizza is much better than Round Table Pizza or Mt. Mike's, for a more reasonable price.
