I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a Popeyes than I did dealing with Andy, the manager at this location. His behavior was completely unprofessional and honestly inappropriate. He made several comments and acted in ways that made me feel extremely uneasy.

It’s disturbing that someone in a leadership position thinks it’s okay to behave this way, especially when representing a major company. If this is how he treats people, I worry about the safety and comfort of other customers and employees.

I truly hope upper management takes a closer look at who they’re putting in charge. Until something is done, I won’t be coming back.

Food was overpriced but tasted alright. I wanted to comment on the staff, however. My food took forever only because a woman came in and asked them a slew of stupid questions and held up the line. But the staff was very accommodating and kind to her even though she was being difficult. Thank you for having good service!

Love the classic sandwich

Passed by here late this afternoon. It wasn't that busy when I came inside. I brought the receipt that I received this past Tuesday March 11th, 2025 to get two pieces of fried chicken for free with a purchase of a large drink. This is the first time that I brought a receipt in order to get two pieces of chicken for free with a purchase of a large drink. I also used a coupon to order 2 pieces of chicken with a biscuit and a side dish. I requested spicy chicken for all four pieces and fries for the side dish. I was informed that it was an eight minute wait which I was good with, no issue at all, wasn't in a hurry. The service was pretty good.

Dont order the chicken strip family meal. Chicken is barely noticeable. It's paper thin. I think they flaten the meat and then split it up to create a couple of chicken strips. It was mostly batter than chicken. It's a shame because our family loves the spicy chicken.

Worst service we have had in a while. Drive thru order, 5p blackened chicken, 3p blackened chicken, and a chicken sandwich meal. Drove around paid, $45. We were asked to park (this location has an awkward small parking lot). 15 minutes of waiting in the car go by before my wife goes in to check on our order. She called me from inside because our order was just forgotten to be made, which was what they stated and claimed it would be 30mins for our order. They did not say why the order was forgotten to be made and served. No one inside was apologetic at all. There was a language barrier between the cooks and servers. Another 10 minutes went by inside, and the guy that took our order and who took our payment comes to the counter and says "We shouldn't wait any longer for the order" I guess the issue was the blackened chicken they had not cooked. There were guests watching this incident occur. He offered to give us completely different food, but we shouldn't wait for blackened chicken. I said we would take a refund, and he threw his head back and went to the back. They then had blackened chicken to serve us within 3mins. When handing us the food, we made sure the chicken sandwich had the Mac and Cheese we ordered it didn't. When we asked for Mac, he started, "I don't remember you ordering this, but I'll just hand you one. " As If we were lying. NO APOLOGIES and NOTHING OFFERED to at least attempt to correct this issue. They made us feel as if we were wrong about this entire incident. We will never go back to this location, and as pictures, this is a $15 5p of blackened chicken, not worth any of these issues that occurred.
