The chicken was good. It actually was not greasy.

I was the 4th, last person in line that waited 5-10mins, but when it got to me, the man cashier stopped cashiering. He just came back from his lunch break. They are also slow and move so slow. It's fast food

Typical Popeyes restaurant. The food was hot, yummy as always. The employee behind the register was friendly.

I mean, it's Popeye's.
The dining room was closed when I went, so I can't comment on that, but the drive thru was fine, other than the typical can't-understand-what-they're-saying aspect. I ordered through the app so I barely had to speak with them. The food was reasonably hot, tasted pretty good (except I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular). Pretty good over all.

My experience at the Popeyes drive-thru on Douglas Blvd in,around 11:00 PM was extremely disappointing. The employee closed the speaker before I had finished placing my order and did not listen to what I was trying to order. The customer service was very rude and unprofessional.
When I reached the second window, the employee asked for my name. I explained that I had already tried to place my order, but she had not listened to me. Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to repeat the entire order and then wait even longer. Due to the poor service, lack of communication, and additional delay, I decided to cancel my order and leave.
I hope management addresses these customer service issues, as this was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I have had.

I drove 20 mins for Popeyes, had to wait 7 mins and for spicy chicken after paying.Get home and was missing our spicy chicken sandwich that we paid for. Pretty disappointed in my purchase for not getting my whole order.

I go every other day through get my order from the drive thru in Roseville Ca after work , late at night I work at Kaiser permanent , my family loves popeyes !!!!

We all know the chicken is top tier. I’m writing this because the last two times I went, Andrew at the drive through window was exceptional. He is very warm and friendly and engaged me in interesting conversation. Andrew definitely has the right kind of personality to be in customer service. Both times really cheered me up and put a smile on my face. So thank you for putting such a a nice person in a customer-facing position!
