Based on the reviews, Taqueria Marin is a fabulous addition to the culinary offerings in the quaint town of Ross. The lentejas (lentil soup) is perfectly flavored, hearty, and delicious. The restaurant shows a commitment to quality by not using lard to cook their beans. The outdoor patio is delightful, relaxing, and quiet enough for conversation. The hamburgers are cooked to perfection, and the gnocchi is as close to authentic as one can get.
