Ok food
Waitress was horrible
Younger hispanic girl was rude and annoyed apparently by customers being customers. after 20-25 minutes she asks us what you do want to drink, even though we had no menu. served us the food and then we still had to ask for our pitcher of drinks we ordered even after food arrived at the table, for some reason we were the only ones there without ice lol. In a tip based job bad attitude and laziness is a very bad representation of a company,first...read full review
love their pizza, salads and sandwiches.
Absolutely AMAZING food and I have picky eater children!! Pizza was spot on. Small 1/2 cheese, 1/2 sausage and mushroom. Cheese Garlic knots and Shrimp Alfredo. So much food for the 3 of us!! We had plenty of leftovers :)
Even though we are from Phoenix, AZ, I will return to this place when we are in town next!! I would give this restaurant 10 stars!!

Neo's Pizza House offers a satisfying pizza experience with a small arcade in the basement and a decent size menu. The food and service are generally good, featuring great options like the Mac n' cheese pizza and Antipasto salad with Italian dressing. Customers have praised the Mac n' cheese pizza as the best they have had across several states. Located between Arrowhead and Big Bear at the hwy 18 and 330 junction, prices are reasonable for the mountains. Customers can enjoy their meals dine-in or take it to go, with the option to have a pitcher of soda or beer, while enjoying some fun playing games downstairs.
Though some customers noted that the service was not always the best, they also mentioned the staff being kind and helpful. The arcade downstairs is mostly fairly priced, with some exceptions for certain machines. Overall, Neo's Pizza House continues to provide a great pizza experience that is worth the drive.
