Five stars for what it is which is your basic salad bar, soups, and sandwiches. Paid about $7 for a turkey sandwich and small side salad, and it was more food than I needed in one sitting. Salad bar again is pretty basic but well stocked and kept clean. The turkey sandwiches are good and filling. I appreciate that they put the lettuce and tomato to the side with to-go orders which prevented my sandwich from getting soggy before I got back to the office. Great place for lunch and a great value. Very large salad bar with lots of fresh choices, fruits, dressings, and cottage cheese. My default place for a big appetite. As stated by another reviewer, don't let the looks fool you; it's very clean and well maintained.

Yahooooooooo!!! There is a Capitol Soup & Salad Bar on Polk!!!! This is a much needed spot and I am thrilled (in case you couldn't tell). Bring on the detox salads and the grilled cheese sandos.
