I got big Carl's with no condiments on them and old lettuce along with the wrong fries. I called and told them and they said its not they fault and to take it up with doordash. mot sorry for the inconvenience or nothing then hung up the phone on me and I didn't answer the phone again. I have no car and have not ate all day. worst food coming from a Carl's jr ever

I eat fast food rarely to never and Sunday we went because the stew in the crockpot wasnt done and it was late. I live 7 minutes driving time from here. we go...get food..both burgers were cold...fries weren't cold but hard...very dark and small pieces of fries were in each container...clearly had been sitting under a heat lap OR they threw them in the microwave? The chocolate shake was filled with whipped cream 3 inches high... that no one asked whether anyone wanted that....read full review
