C1. BÚN RIÊU ĐẶC BIỆT - the tomato broth was easy to drink and eat with the vermicelli noodles. The acid from tomato mixed in with a little housing sauce and Sriracha was a perfect combo. Very affordable price with a great taste.
Great new location for your Vietnamese fix. My sister and I were interested in trying out a new restaurant and Chao Bay came up in our searches. They're still very new and working out the kinks. They could use a bit more on the décor, and I noticed that they're operating on the other side of the dividers in the restaurant. Perhaps as they get busier, they'll have to open up the other side of the restaurant. We were craving Pho, but saw some other customers eating...
Excellent Vietnamese Cuisine. Chao Bay serves up authentic food from the northern and central Region. Very unique twist of flavor that is hard to find. Don't forget to order up the house specialty Bun Dau Man Tom serving for 2+. Very tasty and filling at an affordable price.
