Crumbl offers desserts that are to die for, including the Valentines Dubai Chocolate Brownie with strawberries on top, which is absolutely scrumptious. The staff is accommodating, kind, and sweet, making customers feel valued, taken care of, and genuinely appreciated. One staff member gave a birthday gift even though it was not on the app. The location is in a nice shopping area near Trader Joe's, but it seems very busy. Love their cookies, though sometimes they are undercooked. The product is great, but the sign is not lit up at night, causing customers to drive around the plaza trying to find the store. The cookies are always nice, fresh, and good, even though the menu changes every week.
