I called in an order right before closing. I appreciate them for taking my order but it was not a quality meal. I didn't know I had to request bbq sauce. The meal was in a stapled bag when I picked it up. Needless to say, I called about the order the next day and the manager re-made my order with no problem. I truly appreciate her!
I had a serious BBQ craving today (1/29/24). I went to place a take out order. When I walked in, there was only one person working, who told me he was behind and it would be a little bit of a wait. I said no problem. Shawn was fantastic. Trying to knock out orders by himself as quickly as possible. He did everything he could to keep me posted on the timeline.
