Let me start off by stating, the single employee that manned this location was amazing. She was such a sweetheart. She was attentive to each customer as they entered and throughout the process of making all the online and in-store orders on her own.But sadly, that where anything positive ends. We got the 2 for $29 deal. Ribs, chicken, brisket sliced, and pulled pork. And let me tell you, when we say dry, we mean DRRRRRRYYYYYY. The brisket was falling apart into cubes, the chicken was like leather, pulled pork and and ribs were unbearable.We drenched each item in BBQ and did nothing.IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE FOOD HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I called in an order right before closing. I appreciate them for taking my order but it was not a quality meal. I didn't know I had to request bbq sauce. The meal was in a stapled bag when I picked it up. Needless to say, I called about the order the next day and the manager re-made my order with no problem. I truly appreciate her!

I had a serious BBQ craving today (1/29/24). I went to place a take out order. When I walked in, there was only one person working, who told me he was behind and it would be a little bit of a wait. I said no problem. Shawn was fantastic. Trying to knock out orders by himself as quickly as possible. He did everything he could to keep me posted on the timeline. He did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of along with everyone else who walked in either to pick up or order. It took quite a bit longer than usual to get my order but I didn't mind because I could see he was trying his best and doing it well. Food was good as usual for an established chain. But Shawn's service was above and beyond.

I called to place an order and the guy that answered, before even taking my order. What time would I plan on being there? I mean it was only 6:30 pm at this time they don't close until 9pm but who leaves an order longer than a 30 min drive or less to pick up order , Sir. Than he says he can't take my order because an customer is in front of him, WHAT?.

I ordered three meat combo with two sides: Kielbasa, brisket, and ribs, with cole slaw and baked beans.The pros: The kielbasa was good, nothing special but as advertised. Slaw was fresh. Beans were good, nothing special but decent for the price. Spicy bbq sauce was average.The cons: Both the brisket and the ribs were terribly overcooked... charred, dry, and stringy.
