I truly love this place and have been going there for years. BUT the entire restaurant looks like it was built in 1800's and never had a make over. So so so old and dirty. There is so much trash outside, everywhere around the restaurant. This area is infested with bums and they throw trash and I know its not restaurants fault but this needs to be picked up at least. Had Vietnamese rice plate many times here before and it was decent.Today, we tried canh chua (catfish sour soup), fish clay pot, pork rib clay pot, salty fish chicken fried rice, cream cheese wonton. The catfish in the soup was super dry and tough. We left all that fish behind. The others are ok. Not recommended. This is a restaurant with Vietnamese food that is more on the expensive side, but the food is always fresh and has a better presentation. Because it's more pricey, there's not a lot of people here. The costumer service is good and I don't mind that it's pricier since the portions are decent.
