I encountered seaweed that appears to have come pre-coated with rice for sushi. All the rolls were made with this as the base for the inner part of the rolls. Completely inedible. The seaweed was very chewy and the rice was bland and mushy. I know it’s exaggerating but I wouldn’t doubt if it was manufactured by 3M. I brought this up the the waitress and she offered no remedy.

It's my favorite sushi restaurant in town. The seafood is fresh, the sushi chef is fun to chat with and the staff attentive. My favorite roll is the Iche, but last night I tried the Bay Scallop and it's become a new favorite. Of course, I've never had anything here I didn't like. You should give it a try, it's deliciousness!
