Our favorite poke bowl place in Sacramento and Elk Grove. The first time we came in, we noticed the service is better than almost any restaurant. They are friendly, inviting and go above and beyond fishing up food. They actually bring it to your table and bring your drinks and a sample of their delicious dole soft serve.
The food quality is fresh and high quality. The bowls turn out delicious on all occasions and with different flavor blends. Highly recommended. We come almost weekly!

Kathy and Melissa were very helpful to my dad and I today! This was my second time, but my dad’s first time here. We had lots of questions and wanted to try different things and Kathy was very patient, I ended up getting a matcha drink with crystal boba and I didn’t really like the boba, so Melissa recommended the popping brown sugar boba drink for me, and even switched it out. they even gave my dad and I some dole whip. It was a overall a very good experience!

Kathy and Melissa were amazing! I have a very long history working in customer service. It is a dying art form in the food industry, but NOT at Island Fin Poke! Excellent customer service! These two made me feel like there is still hope for establishments actually caring about the customer and developing an inviting atmosphere people would want to come back to! Great job!

Island fin poke sets themselves apart from other Poke restaurants simply because of the amount of items they offer to customize your bowl with. They have salsas and multiple pickled vegetable options, more topping options, and unique sauce choices I haven’t seen at other poke restaurants. Not to mention the daily deals and saving they offer certain days of the week.
I have certain dietary restrictions and anxieties with food and Alan noticed right away after receiving my bowl I wasn’t quite happy with something. He very kindly came over and offered to remake my bowl for me without an ingredient that I no longer wanted. He was very patient and attentive offering extra sauce and even brought a small dish of their watermelon dole whip to try because it was hot out. The staff is some of the most attentive, kind, and caring I’ve had interact with me in the service industry. I will definitely come back after the experience I had today.

Food is PHENOMENAL. Alan helped us out and made our experience here amazing. Fantastic service. I got the spicy tuna bowl and my husband got the chicken bowl. 10/10 recommend.
