Food was as expected. This place has anti loitering noises playing outside which is so mean to the disenfranchised. Also it was so cold inside and the bathrooms were locked; so I had to wait for the few hard working employees to stop what they are doing to allow me to pee.

I went there on Friday afternoon March 1st and had a very pleasant experience with the drive-thru lady. The sandwich was very nice and hot which at some Jack in the Box is not true it's like cold the cheese is not even melted on the Sourdough Jack. This Jack in the Box was excellent and the lady at the window kept apologizing for to me many times for not having the milkshake machine working. I knew it wasn't her fault but she was very sweet about it. I appreciate that...
