Such a gem in Sacramento! My partner used to live down the street from here when he was a kid and would grab donuts all the time and the workers just adored him. When we went, they still remembered him after all this time! Wonderful staff, friendly and kind. Donuts are out of this world, so soft and flavorful. Wish I could have these all of the time!
THE BEST! Yep, I said it. It's a south Sacramento institution. Been getting these for decades. Not as much as of late since our kiddos no longer go to the nearby neighborhood school. It's a no frills kinda place. Here's an easy decoder on hours. They're closed from 4pm to 11pm. Other than that OPEN! They have your late night to overnight to early morning to mid afternoon covered.

Delicious donuts and terrific service! Some of my favorite things about Marie's is that they're open late, the sugar donuts are delicious, they take phone orders, and the staff are friendly (this is probably my favorite thing - seeing the friendly faces).
