It was ok. First of all we went on cinco de mayo fie happy hour. Even asked the server that there is happy hour today. She said yes and we ordered multiple items. When we got the bill it did not reflect happy hour. Then she says there’s no felony hour today there was some glitch. So then the manager came and after a heated discussion he took off the food and we paid only our alcohol
Just had two shrimp Tacos and a salmon taco. Guacamole with chips and churros. Happy Don Quixote personality and lifestyle. Chicano Bee Master of the North. Was a good lunch with a Goddes waitress. She reminded me of Connie M.
We ordered to sample almost all tacos!… I mean we are at a taco bar for gods sake lol… I was surprised that not many people ordered all the tacos all at once! And I was really sad not to see a “sampler” in the menu. The tacos, once ordered together, they do standout! … we suggested to the staff that they do a “sampler” option of 12 tacos or more (and maybe then include the chips and salsa which are not free, but they’re good chips and salsa!) … trying out our...read full review

Mas Taco Bar is a spacious and beautiful restaurant with covered outdoor seating, lots of bar seating, and parking right in front. Located off Fair Oaks and Watt, it is easy to reach from different areas of town. The staff are nice and friendly, and the drinks are tasty. The food is great, with interesting taco options like pork belly and bahn mi shrimp. The habanero fireball cheese balls are damn good. However, the tacos are small for the price, and some feel the single tortilla method is not a good idea as the tacos fell apart. Chips and salsa are not complimentary, which some find unusual. While some guests had a great experience with quick service, others noted service was not fast and the food lacked flavor and quality. For a meal, some prefer to just drop in for drinks.
