Got a fish sandwich combo. It was cold, and the cheese was sitting on top of the bun. Made me pull forward once my new sandwich was brought to me. My fries đ were cold. Not to mention, the special order was mislabeled, so both burgers were given to the wrong person after leaving the vehicle. So inconvenient. Thanks for my Monday dinner mess-up. Do better!!

Food is good, but don't go at 7AM and order a steak-egg-cheese bagel because you may sit in the drive thru for a long time.

Customer service has gone down hill. I went at an off peak time so there were only 2 other people inside. The main check clerk could not speak English and it was frustrating when I tried to explain how they got the mobile order wrong. She could not read the ticket and even the manager had some issues understanding how they got the order wrong. Eventually they figured it out and gave me the missing items. Waste of time. If im going to shell out $30 for burgers I should at least get the order right and decent customer service.

Found a long strand of hair in my daughterâs cheeseburger. Wouldnât be surprised the rude cashier put it in there. Nasty attitude just because I asked how much are the nuggets. If you donât have patience to work customer service, find another job.

Food is good. Too many transients. I found a lady jogging just in the parking lot making laps. Lol. The drive through lady is mean. I meant attitude mid aged sugar. But other than that orders are great convenient and hot. I've burnt my throat with chicken nuggets n frys. Good its hot , bad I ate it all.
