This McDonald’s is OK. Service is OK. Food is OK. OK, only thing I will complain about is how they serve their french fries Every time I come to this McDonald’s and order large fries, they give me half a box of french fries and this is all the time. I feel like they’re being very stingy with Their fries. If a Customer is going to pay almost 6 dollars for a large fry those french fries better be packed to the top. McDonald’s is supposed to be one of the biggest food chains in America but NEWS CHECK, you’re paying six dollars for a small fry in a large french fry box that is very UNACCEPTABLE!!! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for even thinking about serving us stuff like that and this is not just this McDonald’s. This is all the McDonald’s around that I’ve been to so far and if anyone know of a McDonald’s that actually give you your money‘s worth a french fries please let me know.

Ordered a Mcflurry tonight. Got a regular vanilla ice cream with some oreo sprinkled on top! Not even mixed! When i pulled up to the drive through window the employee smelled like weed, this place is trash!

I had the worst experience here at 940 to 955 Crystal the drive-thru clerk what is extremely rude to me rushing me out to drive through line telling me what I should and shouldn't do. This has become a norm with McDonald's their employees being extremely rude to African-Americans for no reason McDonald's you need to consider this as my demand letter if this does not stop I promise I will put together a class action lawsuit I am tired of going through the drive-thru at McDonald's and being belittled, yelled at and completely disrespected by your employees. You are precariously liable for the actions of your employees and I advise that you train them better on customer service.
Passed by here early this morning. I used a receipt for the Buy One Get One Any Sandwich. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit as well as a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit for the Promo. I also ordered a Hash Brown and Large Hot Coffee. The two things I didn't like were the wet floors when I walked in and the soda machine being out of service. I would give this rating a 4.5 out of 5.
