Ming Hui Dim Sum 2, under new management, offers incredible and filling dishes despite no dim sum currently available. Highly recommended is the congee. The chef's chicken dish has improved, no longer including mustard. The restaurant serves absolutely terrific and fresh food at low prices, comparable to Frank Fat's, with generous portions.
