This place is solid neighborhood joint. They have a lot of specialty dishes that other restaurants don't make. Really like the little ox tail, fried chicken wings, and their noodle dishes. My parents go here all the time and my dad is usually a snob about authentic Chinese food, so it's legit. They also have really delicious lemon iced tea. Service is always great. I think they changed ownership, But the food is still decent. They don't have ice cream anymore :( but the milk tea makes up for it. I like how the milk tea isn't too sweet. The place is decently clean with more space than before.

Late post..my new favorite spot for lunch or dinner...been going to a neighboring competitor for years(since 1990)recently service has dropped drastically and the food has become mediocre,it was a good run for jade fountain..the wait is a minimal and the service is on par. The food? Very authentic hk style cafe aka "cha chaan teng" few of my friends agree and my coworkers loves the food. Besides the awesome late hours this is a yes for me.
