Decided for our divisional holiday gathering to do something more hands-on and interactive that everyone could enjoy and we had an absolutely incredible experience at Napoli Culinary Academy for our event! We had a great experience with chef Hassi again. It was a Sicilian theme.Butternut squash soup with bits of sausage, Sicilian meatloaf and roasted potatoes and cannoli for desert. The money helps to support the culinary program, and it is a fun night of cooking and eating.

What an incredible experience and atmosphere- it's like taking a step back in time. The comraderie between the chefs' and the service staff who have been there for many years, makes it feel like you are at a family dinner. We had a smaller class of 14 so that may have made it even more so...
