Ordered online & picked up. I come here quite often bc it’s closest to me. Staff was not friendly and didn’t even say a word to me as I needed help getting my order out of the pizza portal. Pizzas are oftentimes not cut correctly if at all and the center dough is paper thin. My pizzas came half cut and the side that was cut seems like they did it with their eyes closed. Very disappointing.
Never ordered here before today, and now I'm regretting not visiting before. I ordered the Detroit Deep Dish Supreme, and was extremely impressed with the quality of the toppings, the doneness of the thick crust and the price per portion size value. Plus the service was great. They emailed me that my take out pizza was in a certain numbered warmer compartment on the counter and I just had to punch in the 3 digit code that was on my email receipt. 80% of the employees are not welcoming if I worked in a tiny establishment I would greet everyone, or at least acknowledged them. They seem annoyed. I love there new pepperoni puffs though lol ?
