They delivered my pizza to the wrong house. I went into the store to straighten it out, and at first they weren't going to do anything since it had been delivered. He finally offered to remake the order. I asked about tip and delivery fee. The tip was reversed, but the delivery fee was not. I will not be going back there again.
Barely any toppings! Burnt cheese! And horrible customer service. The cashier threw the pen across the counter after making me wait 5 mins while she proceeded to yell “Mark” from the back. Ridiculous, I’ll never buy Pizza Hut again. Your pizza is disgusting and I paid extra for more toppings. There is only 10 bits of bacon on whole pizza and only 10 strips of onion. The whole thing is extremely thin. I didn’t order thin crust. Burnt and gross. Save your money go to Dominos.
I would have given them zero stars if I could have. Ordered over $50 in pizza, when it was delivered the kids cheese pizza was burnt, the specialty pizza and the pizza we special ordered had no cheese on it, the only cheese was in the stuffed crust part of it. We called and complained, they said we needed to talk to the manager the next day, needless to say she was an absolute b***h about it. We are done with this place and I am spreading the word to everyone I know not to buy...read full review
