He made sure to verify everything about my order was correct & was kind/understanding through it all. I would come again solely because of his customer service both in person and through the phone.“
“I had a fantastic experience with my pickup order at the Pizza Hut on Fulton Avenue in Sacramento. The food was ready right on time and was hot, fresh, and made exactly as requested. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and fast. I highly recommend this location for its great service and delicious pizza!“
“I placed an online order for pickup and it was ready very quickly! The order tracker estimated 15 minutes but when I checked back around the 8 minute mark it said my order was ready! When I arrived, a woman greeted me and I gave her my name for the order. She added the final touches (looked like maybe she added some butter to the bacon cheesy bread or something. Whatever it was, I wasn't complaining 😂!) The food was SUPER hot as it had literally JUST come out of the oven and delicious, and the lady who helped me was really sweet! I wish I had gotten her name but she worked on Friday ( 9/20/24) and she needs recognition! It was the end of the night, maybe 9:30 pm or so, and I know she had to have been tired, but she was kind and patient with this tired & hungry old lady!🤣“
“Love the pan crust thats all. Dont offer cheese or peppers like other joints and u just buy the small bottles or u aint getting it. They changed up on us and need to keep it like other pizza joints or they will be left without any locations“
“I enjoyed Pizza Hut on El Camino and Northgate because the service was great the young lady at the front was very helpful with helping me find a deal that would suit my pizza taste. Also, I enjoyed the pizza it was delicious and I would advise anyone who loves a good pizza to go to Pizza Hut on El Camino and Northgate keep up the good work. What made the pizza so delicious was it had plenty of pepperoni on it and the cheese was melted just right. My overall impression is that this Pizza Hut cares about its customers. I enjoyed my experience with what could have been a stressful moment for me.“
