In response to the review before this one, I went there today. They have a store awning above their door. It IS hidden away but not abandoned. You must've been in the wrong place. They didn't have many pastries available but I'm guessing this is the result of less customers due to COVID. From prior reviews it looks like they used to make sandwiches (or maybe they still do). I came across this place because I was picking up a part for my AC at the Ac supply next door. I could smell the fresh bread when I got out of my car. I decided to stop in and then had fresh German rye bread and a fresh white bread, so I bought a loaf of each. The white bread was still warm and made delicious sandwiches when I got home. The Herman rye bread may. It be everyones style, but as someone who grew up less than a block from a bakery in Germany, I can say is authentic...read full review
