I normally go to Black Bear Diner for the outstanding service and food. On this particular day, after eating my breakfast I realized I couldn't pay my because I left my primary wallet at home because i was on my motorcycle. I told the manager I had nothing to leave him but to trust me. He wanted me to leave my helmet but I can't ride withou it. When I came back, he told me an elderly couple just did a dine and dash but he trusted me. Chris was ny waiter who handled...

Customer service was slow. Kept forgetting to bring items to the table. Food came first we had no utensils to eat with nor napkins. Had to ask for them. Food and service is what not it use to be.

I had the chicken melt sandwich and strawberry lemonade.. my mother had the same except I had fries., and she had onion rings. I thought my sandwich was excellent. My mom said it was okay. Service was pretty good. The young lady who served us was very cheerful and smiling and attentive, and the young man who took our credit card to pay was very sweet and got us togo cups for our strawberry lemonade. The outside had a fair amount of unhoused persons, begging or sleeping there....
