We stopped at the Black Bear Diner, Arden Way, Sacramento and had a decent lunch. My wife used the rest room and the stall was dirty. She didn’t want to touch the dirty toilet paper dispenser and the door was dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. I hope management looks at this review and does a better job.

Myra is the best waitress I've had in years her service and professionalism is unmatched. I look for her every time I'm in the restaurant. She deserves to be a manager if not more.

Shamara was our server and she went above and beyond. She’s so sweet and checked on us consistently. The food came out perfect and she was really patient when we had questions about the menu. I can’t say enough how she truly made our experience amazing. Thank you!
