Great neighborhood spot. Great vibes. Atmosphere will be 5 when they finish a remodel due to pipe bursting.thai Sampler plate was delicious. Thai slider , skewers and pork belly were excellent. A great new spot. Happy hour Thursday and Friday 3 to 6. Owners very friendly. Will be back.

Happy this exists in Sac, and I got a great positive vibe from the owner/staff. However, just being honest, the food could be better.
Pork pops were excellent, but the kaya toast was a bit lacking in filling. Khao mun gai solid but found the fried pork belly to be either overfried or just not fresh. The massaman curry that came with the roti was good, but a bit lacking in flavor.

Sapha Kafae is a great neighborhood spot in Sacramento with great vibes and a positive atmosphere. The owners are very friendly, accommodating, and nice people. The food is delicious and tastes like homemade. The Thai Sampler plate was delicious, with Thai slider, skewers, and pork belly being excellent. The toast was a wow, and the Sunrise wrap with lamb sausage was spiced perfectly, with a buttery and amazing roti wrap. The pandan motchi waffles were not too sweet, perfectly chewy and crispy. The roti was flaky and the beef curry was well seasoned. The coffee ribs were an unexpected flavor explosion of sweet, bitter, and salty, complimented by the tasty sticky rice.
