Your Manager Danielle did not have to do that. How can people treat others like that? Disgusting!!! Why put down a man that already down? If he have money or someone decides to help him, why would you kick him out? Shame on humanity 😕

Or they'll have my drink right up, love the Starbucks app...� And they have greatest customer service, greeting me, alway with a smile and have a good day...�

The location is fast food and coffee drinks. Order are done in less than 5 min. The restroom is fairly clean with soap, water and hand dryer on the same spigot. The barista makes espresso drinks that are by far the best and also makes incredible matcha. Customers get a Cafe mocha with light whip, caramel frappe, pumpkin spice frappe, and water. The caramel frappe looked like a hot mess but is good and drinkable. The pumpkin spice frappe tasted horrible like a cheap candle and was orange, missing cinnamon. The service is professional and friendly. The manager on shift did a great job figuring out the order and transactions. The experience is awesome and the service is nice. The location is not the place to get gourmet food but the drinks are good. Customers are at ease when the barista knows exactly how and when to act. The work ethic and enthusiasm are great and deserve a raise.
