my brother and i come to this starbucks! the customer service is great. emma is super sweet as well.
Last time I went there the cashier I interacted with didn’t know how to make the starbucks app work as just a rewards app, and was real pushy and rude about it, like it wasn’t possible for me to pay outside of the app which is simply not true. But whatever, maybe they just don’t have that capability here? This time though I went and ordered a blond roast latte and came away with a cup of blond roast with nothing in it.
