I love the people here, great service and very friendly.
Typical Starbucks industrial set-up. Nice staff
The baristas are great. However, the outside/sidewalk area of this location is seedy. I was scared to walk in through the front door with the loitering going on outside. It sucks for the employees because I know there is nothing they can do.

Another sweet lady at the cashier insisted on looking up a price for a cup, showing great kindness. However, some staff can be a little pushy or snippy, and there have been reports of hair on the outside of a cup, leading to a recommendation for hairnets. The atmosphere at one location was described as a great example of minimalism, feeling very empty with only around 4 seating options and no display for grab-n-go snacks. The service and orders are still good, but the atmosphere leaves a lot to desire. Specific drinks mentioned include a Caramel Ribbon Crunch with a triple shot, an iced Carmel macchiato that was perfectly balanced, and a Summer Berry Starbucks Refresher. One refresher was the wrong color, made with water instead of lemonade or Coconut water, which was disappointing.
